Mas Coutelou was one of the first estates to be receive organic certification in France back in 1987 and has since gone on to become one of the foremost natural wine producers in the Languedoc. Just over half of the the land is planted with vines, with the rest given over to olive, almond and fig trees.

Classe is a red blend led by Syrah. Lots of dusty, peppery blackcurrant fruit and hedgerow aromas, propped up by a solid tannic backbone and great acidity.
