Achillée is the Alsace domaine of the Dietrich family - Yves, Jean and Pierre - who have 24 hectares of vines and fruit trees just outside the village of Scherwiller, all organically farmed for the past twenty years and biodynamically since 2003.

The Pépin orange wine is made from aromatic varieties Muscat, Klevner, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Auxerrois. An explosion of tropical fruit and flowers on the nose with a silky, almost oily texture and plenty of spice and depth. Zero added sulphur.
