Tailleurs Cailleurs (meaning pruners-pickers) are based in the village of Saint-Jean-Ie-Vieux, on northern side of Bugey. Here Chloé Bey and Jordan d'Osualdo farm a number of small plots spread across the area, working organically and biodynamically in order to promote a healthy and active ecosystem around the vines. In the cellar no sulphur is used at any stage and all wines are aged in demi-muids before bottling without filtration.

Lyena is Chardonnay from a plot of vines growing in calcareous marl soils at 400m altitude. Aged in a mixture of old oak and acacia barrels, it has a delightful balance of power and energy with flavours of preserved citrus, green apple, hazelnuts and hay.
