Sophie and Thierry Chardon of L'Aumonier have been based in Touraine since 1996, working with the Sauvignon Blanc the area is famed for as well as Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Côt (Malbec), Gamay and Cabernet Franc. Farming has been organic since 2006 and biodynamic since 2021 with the soil a mixture of the argile and silex.

This is the Touraine Blanc made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Zippy and mineral, it sings with lemon zest, white peach and elderflower aromas underpinned with fine green apple acidity.
