Craig Hawkins is one of the stars of South African natural winemaking who together with Johan Meyer (Mother Rock) and Jurgen Gouws (Intellego) has built a movement from the ground up in Swartland.

Stay Brave is made from hand-harvested Chenin Blanc macerated on skins for 6 days. Lightly grippy with aromas of pear, chamomile and honeyed spice, this is a fruit driven but savoury orange wine.
