Tilquin is a lambic beer blender based in Bierghes, about 30 miles south-west of Brussels. Founded by Pierre Tilquin in 2009, they make complex and powerful 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics from wort obtained from producers including Cantillon, Boon, Girardin and Lindemans.

This is the Gueuze À L'Ancienne made from a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics aged in oak barrels then re-fermented in bottle. Intensely dry with searing lemon and grapefruit aromas and plenty of mixed fermentation complexity.
