Tilquin is a lambic beer blender based in Bierghes, about 30 miles south-west of Brussels. Founded by Pierre Tilquin in 2009, they make complex and powerful 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics from wort obtained from producers including Cantillon, Boon, Girardin and Lindemans.

260g/L of Pinot Noir grapes macerated in 1-3 year old Lambic juice, aged in oak barrels and re-fermented in bottle without fining or filtration.
