Tilquin is a lambic beer blender based in Bierghes, about 30 miles south-west of Brussels. Founded by Pierre Tilquin in 2009, they make complex and powerful 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics from wort obtained from producers including Cantillon, Boon, Girardin and Lindemans.

The Oude Riesling A L'Ancienne is a special cuvée made from blending Tilquin's Gueuze with 270g/L of Riesling grapes, aged in barrel and then re-fermented in bottle.
