Alpha Domus is a pioneering organic estate in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Formed in 1989, it has gone on to become a highly regarded for its early adoption of organic viticulture and a terroir driven approach to winemaking.

Traditional Method Blanc de Blancs with zero dosage from hand harvested grapes from our clone 6 Chardonnay planted in 1991 are whole bunch pressed. Citrus freshness with light elegant structure on the palate and exhibiting a fine and persistent bead with creamy brioche aromas from time on yeast lees in the bottle.
