Château Bas d'Aumelas is a stunning 16th century estate located high up among the garrigue of the Hérault, and has been in the hands of its current custodians - the D'Albenas family - since the 18th century. Produced organically, these are emphatically terroir driven wines characterised by supple fruit, great freshness and the flavours and aromas of the garrigue.

Égérie is Château Bas' top white cuvée made from 90% Roussanne and 10% Grenache. A bright golden colour, the nose is unctuous and enticing with aromas of wax and truffles. On the palate, the wine is exceptionally round and long with waves of honey, nuts, stone fruits and spice.
