El Maestro Sierra is one of the oldest wineries in Jerez and one of the most traditional. All the wines are made in super old barrels, moved using manual siphoning, settled by time, and bottled unfiltered and unsulphured. 

Aged for four years under a protective flor yeast, this is the lightest, most refreshing style of sherry with briny citrus aromas and plenty of nutty, savoury depth.
