Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon have a tiny domaine of just 4.5 hectares in the village of Pupillin, gaining a reputation for some pure and memorable expressions of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Poulsard which they make along biodynamic principles.

From the incredibly difficult 'année de terrible gel' (year of the terrible frost) of 2017, this is 70% Savagnin and 30% Chardonnay made ouillé (topped up) from a minuscule yield of 6 hectolitres per hectare.
