Originally from Grenoble, Sylvain Liotard of Domaine des 13 Lunes was a carpenter for 17 years before retraining to become a vigneron in 2014. He works his 5.5 hectares of vines biodynamically, harvesting by hand and fermenting with wild yeasts in stainless steel.

This is a blend of multiple parcels of Jacquère in Apremont averaging 50 years old, fermented and raised on fine in fibreglass eggs. Silky and peachy with a hint of bitter alpine herbs and a taut, saline finish.
