Cantina Giardino make wine from a patchwork of old vineyards high up in the hills around Irpinia, Campania. In Magnum, Sophia is a wonderfully complex orange wine made from old fine Fiano vines and aged on skins in terracotta amphora for 6 months. Incredibly savoury and ethereal, with lifted orange blossom, fennel and baking spice notes.
