Super Sicilian orange wine by the litre made from 100% Grillo grown in the cru of Contrada Triglia. The grapes were hand-harvested before macerating on skins for 10-12 days and aged in 600 litre French oak.

A structured, savoury orange wine with quince, preserved lemon, dried apricot and spice aromas. Full-bodied on the palate with fine tannins and plenty of length.
