Delightful orange (pink) wine made in Penedes from 60 year old Xarelo Vermell, a mutation of Xarelo with pink skin. The grapes were fermented on their skins for 15 days in steel tanks and after fermentation the wine was pressed with a third aged in clay amphora.

Copper-pink in colour with a lovely citrus tang along with hints of cranberry, pear and white pepper leading to a thirst-quenching, saline finish.
