Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon have a tiny domaine of just 4.5 hectares in the village of Pupillin, gaining a reputation for some pure and memorable expressions of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Poulsard which they make along biodynamic principles.

The Arbois rouge is 65% Ploussard (Poulsard) and 55% Trousseau that underwent sem-carbonic maceration for a month before bottling with filtration or added sulphur.
