Lori Haon of Petit Oratoire is a young winemaker with 15 hectares of vines in the Gard, where he settled after learning his trade with stints in Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. He works organically in the vineyard and follows up with a minimal intervention approach in the cellar, avoiding sulphur or other additions.

A crunchy, juicy blend of Grenache and Cinsault from a 5 year old parcel grown on gres in Souvignargues. As is Lori's practice for nearly all his reds, whole bunches are topped up with a little direct pressed juice in concrete tank for a 3 week infusion.
