Clarete is a traditional Portuguese style used to describe a low extraction red. The rules are it has to be fruity, delicate and gently extracted and with very low alcohol. The Rufia Clarete is made with two classic Dão grapes by this incredible family project, Quinta da Boavista. This is juicy with beautiful bright red cherry notes, candied peach, blossom tones and paprika spice. Best served with a full chill!
