Domaine du Météore is a unique Faugères estate located atop a 200 metre wide crater that was created when a meteorite crashed into the area 10,000 years ago. The low-yielding vines grow in rocky schist soils that force the roots to delve deep in search of nutrients and imbue the wines with pronounced minerality. Winemaking is low intervention with the domaine certified organic and working towards biodynamic certification. 

The Météore rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvèdre directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel. An exquisitely creamy and saline rosé brimming with grapefruit, strawberry and white pepper aromas.
