Hélicon is the project of Constantin Vellis, established in 2018 not far from Martigné-Briand. Constantin cultivates almost two hectares of Chenin vines. Aware of current environmental issues and with a view to protecting biodiversity, he decided to apply the strict principles of organic farming to his vines and cellar. He is convinced that respect for the soil is essential to the proper development of a quality raw material and to the production of exceptional cuvées. Each plot is cultivated according to its needs in order to preserve the personality of each one. Unsurprisingly, the vinifications are also minimally interventionist and with minimal sulphur added to allow the fruits the freedom to express all their aromas.

Anicroche offers an expressive bouquet, with notes of ripe white fruits, citrus and white flowers. On the palate, you'll find a fresh and vibrant juice with a full texture and backed by electric acidity.
