Cabernet Franc from 40 year old vines planted on sandy and clay-limestone soils. De-stemmed with a 9 day maceration followed by 7 months in old barrels. Bottled unfiltered with no additions. It's fresh and aromatic, with crunchy red and black fruit, a hint of smoke and a floral note.
