Laurent Saillard is one of our favourite Loire winemakers. He moved to New York when he was younger, helping to open Balthazar and then starting one of the first natural wine bars in New York. He now has a vineyard in the Loire where he crafts natural wines with zero additions that have an immediate appeal but plenty of depth and complexity.

The welcome return of Laurent Saillard's iconic wine. Lucky You! is a blend of around 2/3 Sauvignon Blanc with Chardonnay, all from the historic Clos Roche Blanche estate. 2024 was a tough vintage in terms of quantity, but the fruit that was left, was great quality and Laurent has managed to craft another delicious iteration. Slightly fresher than the 2023, it's a wine of immense drinkability, bursting with bright fruit, texture and minerality.
