Alessandro Viola has 12 hectares of vines in Alcamo at the north-west tip of Sicily. Here he works organically with native Sicilian varieties to craft elegant, perfumed wines that bely the hot, arid climate that prevails here. 

Note di Rosso is a blend of Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese and Perricone, 100% destemmed, macerated for a week and and fermented and aged in stainless steel. Pure, thirst-quenching and typically Mediterranean with aromas of Summer berries, liquorice root and gravelly minerality.
