Ancre Hill is a 12 hectare estate in Monmouthshire working organically and biodynamically to produce unique, terroir driven wines without the use of herbicides or pesticides - no mean feat in the cool Welsh climate!

This a zero dosage blanc de noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir. Very crisp acidity with ripe apple, pear skin, ripe melon and a lovely earthy minerality.
