This Riesling Sekt is part of the rare two percent of German production made in the Klassische Flaschengärung (Traditional Method). Bone dry with vibrant, refreshing acidity, it bursts with flavours of ripe citrus, melon, crisp green apple and pear.

Delicate yeasty, umami notes from time on lees are layered with hints of honey and fresh pastry, giving the wine both finesse and substance. While it shines as an aperitif, it has enough depth and structure to pair beautifully with a wide range of dishes.
