'Suelo Vivo' translates to 'living soil,' in reference to their natural farming ethos. This Garnacha is lightly extracted, and spends a small amount of time in contact with Moscatel skins to give it a touch more of an aromatic lift. It's light and juicy yet does retain some structure, making a very versatile wine for pairings and for various occasions.
