This 2023 white sancerre vintage from the Bernard Fleuriet et fils estate is first and foremost fresh, lively and fruity. There is no doubt that the Sancerrois terroir is fully expressed. 

After aging in a concrete tank and lightning on lees for 10 months, this sauvignon does not allow itself to be reckoned with a 40% "clay-limestone" assembly that brings it its "fat" and its power, the 50% "pebbles gives it freshness and 10% flint its power. This sancerre benefits from the organic appellation.
