Pai is a highly personal and expressive cuvée crafted by winemaker Xurxo Alba Padín in the Val do Salnés sub-region of Rías Baixas, Spain. Pai means father in Galician; this bottle is a deliberate homage to the traditional, slightly richer house style his father used to make.

An incredibly expressive and clean aromatic profile. It opens with vibrant citrus fruits - freshly cut lemon, mandarin orange, and grapefruit - interwoven with crisp yellow apple and white peach. Woven throughout are complex layers of white blossoms, freshly cut grass, a touch of anise, and a distinct Atlantic character showing sea breeze and wet slate.
