A single-vineyard white from Pago del Corregidor in the heart of Jerez, made entirely from Palomino grown on Albariza soils rich in diatoms and chalk. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with a short period under flor, Muelle de Olaso captures the pure, saline expression of the Atlantic and the elegance of unfortified Palomino. Fresh and textural, with notes of ripe pear, chamomile and sea breeze, it’s both vibrant and deeply mineral, finishing with a gentle savoury persistence that speaks of its coastal origin.
