Sylvie, Philippe and their sons Pierre and Hyppolite of Bois Moisset work their 70 hectares in Gaillac, South West France, as a proper working farm, 20 hectares is under vine whilst the rest is grassland for their organic beef cattle, lentils and ancient grains for bread.

Recontre is a blend of the local variety Duras with a little bit of Syrah. A charming natural red with red cherry, liquorice, forest floor and spice aromas. Medium bodied on the palate with a soft texture and long, iron-rich mineral finish.
