A delicious and complex non-alcoholic aperitif inspired by ancient herbal remedies called 'oxymels'. Made from all natural ingredients, this is a blend of raw honey, raw apple cider vinegar, gentian root, wormwood, rosemary, thyme and orange zest. Similar to Italian Amaro like Cynar and Montenegro, this is great on the rocks and also long with the addition of sparkling water and a twist.
