The Brand Brothers are 5th generation winemakers working organically with little to no sulphur in Pfalz.  Wilder Satz is a crazy blend of all 8 varieties grown by the brothers, all vinified separately and all with varying degrees of skin contact. A headily aromatic, cloudy orange wine with a sherbet lemon acidity carrying flavours of white flowers, stone fruit, quince and fresh herbs.
