Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon have a tiny domaine of just 4.5 hectares in the village of Pupillin, gaining a reputation for some pure and memorable expressions of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Poulsard which they make along biodynamic principles.

A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Savagnin aged on fine lees for 4 years before bottling. The nose unfolds with rich layers of ripe golden apples, preserved lemon curd, white peach, crushed chalk, and stem ginger, backed by subtle notes of raw almond and brioche. Generous and textured on the palate with a creamy, almost mouth-coating entry thanks to the warmth of 2019, that immediately gives way to a wave of tense, citrusy Savagnin acidity and vibrant limestone minerality.
