A new venture for the co-op, No Compromise brings together a small group of organic growers on Mt Etna in Sicily to produce refined natural wines that offer superb value for this low yielding volcanic region.

Lovely natural Sicilian white crafted from the noble Carricante grape, famously known as the backbone of Mt. Etna's greatest whites, that offers a masterclass in tension and volcanic energy. On the nose, it opens with elegant notes of white orchard fruit and crunchy green apple, layered with delicate orange blossom and a distinctive, flinty minerality.
