Dominique Lucas of Les Vignes de Paradis has 6 hectares of vines overlooking Lake Geneva in the Haut-Savoie which he farms according to biodynamics. These are pure, terroir-driven wines with each of his 27 plots harvested and vinified separately.

This is old vine Chasselas from grapes grown in the appellation of Marin but bottled as a Vin de France, hence the extra 'r'. Creamy and honeyed with zesty lemon and some riper tropical fruit aromas underpinned with a steely mineral quality.
