Christophe Lindenlaub comes from a long line of winemakers in Alsace with the family growing grapes here since the 18th century. The vineyards have been worked organically since 2009 and the wines made fully naturally since 2014. All grapes are handpicked, fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without any additions or filtration. Though all unique, Christophe's wines invariably have great energy and tension with nervy acidity and vibrant fruit.

La P'tite Goutte is a delightful pét-nat is a direct-press blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Pinot Noir. The wine exudes generous red fruit coupled with refreshing acidity and a pleasingly vigorous bubble, making it a perfect choice for apéro.
