Olivier Lejeune is a winemaker who travelled the world learning his craft before settling himself at the heart of the Loire Valley’s Anjou, where was trained by renowned producer of Chenin Mark Angeli. He is a believer in regenerative farming, aiming to do the absolute minimum amount of ploughing (if any at all),and working with principles of agroforestry as well as introducing animals into the parcels and much more.

This is a special bottling of Olivier's top Chenin Poïèsis that underwent an additional year's ageing in barrel before release. Still razor sharp but with greater openness, richer texture and haunting aromas of struck match, honeysuckle, poached pear and citrus blossom.
