Clot de les Soleres Macabeu
Clot de les Soleres have 5 hectares of organic vines in Piera, less than an hour’s drive from Barcelona and the Mediterranean. Here at about 300m above sea level the soil is calcareous with a high concentration of small stones and pebbles and the mediterranean breeze regulates the temperature.
The Soleres Macabeu is made from handpicked, wild fermented grapes aged on the lees for around 5 months in stainless steel. It's vibrant and zesty with ripe peach and lemon aromas supported by intriguing hints of jasmine and chamomile.
