Clot de les Soleres Xarel·lo
Clot de les Soleres have 5 hectares of vines in Piera, less than an hour’s drive from Barcelona and the Mediterranean. Here at about 300m above sea level the soil is calcareous with a high concentration of small stones and pebbles and the mediterranean breeze regulates the temperature.
This is their pet-nat made from the indigenous Catalunya variety Xarel·lo. Vinified with wild yeast and without sulphur, it's crisp and juicy with ripe melon, pear and a dusting of white pepper.
