From 30 year old pergola trained vines on decomposed granite, within 2km of the Atlantic coast. A very Atlantic wine. Grapes are pressed directly and fermented in old French oak barrels. Crisp citrus acidity with a pronounced saline finish, but also plenty of body to make a fuller, riper style of Albarino. No added sulphur.
