Christophe Lindenlaub Apres l'Heure
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Christophe Lindenlaub comes from a long line of winemakers in Alsace with the family growing grapes here since the 18th century. The vineyards have been worked organically since 2009 and the wines made fully naturally since 2014. All grapes are handpicked, fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without any additions or filtration. Though all unique, Christophe's wines invariably have great energy and tension with nervy acidity and vibrant fruit.
Apres l'Heure is Christophe's latest pet-nat made from Pinot Noir. Beautifully ripe raspberry and cherry aromas with earthy, wet leaf complexity on the palate and touches of rosemary and thyme on the long, very fresh finish.
