Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

A serious, age-worthy dry Riesling from grapes grown in Ribeauvillé. Concentrated lime and spice notes up front with a gorgeous floral streak coming through as it opens up. Intense chalky minerality on the palate with searing citrus acidity on the finish that goes on and on.
