Susanna and James Forbes of Little Pomona make natural cider from their 120 tree orchard in Thornbury, North Herefordshire. In their own words, their aim is to make cider that "speak of the land, that taste of the harvest, that illustrate the wonderful cider making heritage the region is built on, and that look to the future".

Hard Rain Hot Pink is a ciderkin (piquette) made from a wonderful, super ripe, classic apple variety called Egremont Russet with a little Somerset blackcurrant wine made by Martin at Pilton Cider in Shepton Mallet. Naturally sparkling, it strikes a joyous balance between the apples and blackcurrants, and with its wonderful colour, zippy core of red berry fruit and fleshy, creamy, apple tart flavours it’s something to both intrigue and crush at the same time!
