Corentin Houillon Veronnet Rouge
Corentin Houillon’s adventures in the world of natural wine date back to 1991, when he helped to process the grapes of legendary Jura winemaker Pierre Overnoy. From there he went on to work with Domaine Tissot in Jura and Derain in Burgundy before establishing his own project in the Chautagne region of Savoie.
The Veronnet Rouge is Mondeuse from 30 year old vines, aged on the lees for a year on old oak and bottled without sulphur. A vibrant, crunchy wine with herb tinged red fruit, stony minerality and deceptive power.
