Criante is a 25 hectare family owned estate in Alcamo, northwest Sicily. There are 12 hectares of indigenous vines - all farmed biodynamically - with the rest planted with olive trees, vegetables and ancient Sicilian grains. 

G23 is Criante's Grillo made from hand-harvested grapes fermented with native yeasts. Super fresh and vibrant with crunchy apple, pear and citrus fruit complemented by touches of spice and sea spray salinity.
