Alice and Olivier De Moor are winemakers with a cult status in France, growing natural Chardonnay and Aligoté in Chablis that has attained something of a mythical status. Their vines have been worked organically since 2005 and no sulphur is used in either the vineyard of cellar.

Le Même Azimut is a brand new cuvée from the De Moors, a blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Pinot Blanc from grapes grown in the village of Emmebuckel, Alsace. It combines the De Moor signature electric acidity and precision with the floral, spicy, and exotic aromatics typical of Alsace.
