Catavela is an orange wine made from a blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortugo, Marsanne, Trebbiano, Santa Maria, and Sauvignon Blanc from younger vines. Yellow plums, dried flowers and notes of peach with a saline, herbal edge and a little grip.
