Sebastien Bobinet and Emeline Calvez of Domaine Bobinet grow mainly Cabernet Franc in Saumur along with a little Chenin Blanc, Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay and Cot. Grapes are handpicked, fermented with native yeasts, and bottled without fining or filtration.

Ruben is Domaine Bobinet's vibrant and silky Cabernet Franc made from 50 year old vines grown in calcareous clay soils. It's pure and fruit-driven with savoury, herbal depth.
