Domaine Bornard is based in the famed Jura village of Pupillin. Originally brought to fame by Philippe Bornard, today it is son Tony who has taken over the reins, seamlessly continuing and building upon his father's legacy. In total there is 7 hectares of vines, all farmed organically by Tony, and in the cellar he works with minimal intervention, fermenting with indigenous yeast, eschewing sulphur and other additions and bottled without fining or filtration.

This is Ploussard (Poulsard) from vines in Pupillin. Super juicy and fragrant with wild strawberry, cherry cola and spice aromas with plenty of savoury, gamey notes coming through on the palate.
